This study explores multifunctional epoxy-based composites reinforced with carbon fibers and graphene nanoplatelets. The addition of graphene enhances both electrical conductivity and interfacial bonding, enabling real-time strain sensing capabilities. Dynamic mechanical analysis reveals improved damping performance, while fatigue testing confirms enhanced durability. The integration of sensing and load-bearing functionality paves the way for self-monitoring aerospace and automotive structures.
